The Role

By joining the "Loaded Money" team you will be looking to help revolutionize the CeFi and DeFi space. We're in the process of building the next generation of wealth, by partnering with an internal Financial planning firm, we are in midst of developing a CeFi mobile platform for consumers and the financial planning firms clients. We are in the process of building and integrating our platform directly into the Blockchain (specifically DeFi) space. We're looking for someone who understands both worlds from a marketing perspective, and can help us take our vision and help us reach our target market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategy for the Loaded Holdings portfolios companies, including brand architecture, positioning, key image attributes, identity, awareness, familiarity and consideratio
  • Closely follow and help set the strategic direction of Loaded Ventures client campaigns and objectives.
  • Develop as a leader in the industry, including by helping other teammates grow
  • Use advanced targeting and conversion techniques to acquire customers for Loaded Money and MoLei Financial.
  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop insight-driven customer segmentation and personas to enhance targeted marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing designs and execute marketing communications campaigns to generate demand for various products of the portfolio companies.
  • Author and edit product content for use in marketing collateral and online content
  • Lead development of product launch plans for new product introductions in collaboration with sales, product, technical, legal, strategy & business operations and marketing teams
  • Quarterback timely execution of marketing campaigns and programs for the assigned portfolio companies, maintaining accountability to the business general management for completion of planned campaigns and projects
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual reports on achievement of marketing OKRs, utilization of marketing resources and the return on marketing investment
  • Usher continued expertise in paid social, digital ads, strategy, and cutting edge tactics
  • Create Digital Ads on various networks
