About the Role:
The Creative Project Manager will be a key member of the growing Project Management team. You’ll be responsible for:
• Coordinating and supporting the project needs of the Creative team, made up of industrial, technical, and graphic designers
• Allocating resources and working in coordination with the Chief Creative Officer and Project Manager in prioritizing projects
• Maintaining our project workflow using our project management tool, Monday.com
• Assisting team in the daily management of creative projects, tasks, and planning
• Learning and maintaining the project management system and ensuring that all project files remain organized with clear naming conventions
• Liaising between the creative team and other key departments throughout the company
• Attending status meetings and retaining information needed to update/monitor project status
• Scheduling necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, briefing meetings, and deliverable reviews
• Concisely communicating tasks, issues, and resolutions to internal stakeholders
• Evolving innovative creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables
• Keeping projects on track through clear tasks lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
• Making recommendations to improve processes and implement new technology solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree and 1+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with creative teams
• Proficient in process and workflow management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn and adopt new tools quickly
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Incredible degree of patience and ability to think clearly and strategically in ambiguous situations
