RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and cultivate strong relationships with brands, as well as bring in pre-existing relationships
Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
Work alongside the Founder to highlight Dumpling House’s services to prospect and win new business
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
Competitor and customer insights analysis
Attend events to put Dumpling House on the map as a production house
Get access to the RFPs distributed by brands to get video content created
Explore potential MCN opportunities
Identify potential sales leads and help identify and close revenue opportunities
Monitor the competitive landscape for key developments affecting the digital production & advertising business
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Communicate with production staff to ensure that all client requirements are met
Develop deep understanding of Dumpling House’s capabilities, the state of our industry, and how to position us to win and succeed amongst our competitors
Come to the table with a strong rolodex
Meet Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Revenue Budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years in content sales
Experience brokering deals for collaborative influencer and brand content creation
Knowledgeable and passionate about social media culture
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound inquiries and properly document and track activity
Comfortable creating pitch decks and other client collateral
Creative problem-solving skills and commitment to execution of task
Prefer experience at a range of publishing, platform and/or agency experience
Bonus Points for experience within wellness and/or cannabis markets
Strong working knowledge of G Suite
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
