In addition to the creative advertising we do on behalf of other brands, Dumpling House also incubates original brands in house. To date, we have amassed an engaged community of millions and work daily to grow that fanbase and provide more ways to interact with them. We're looking for someone to join our team to help bring our company and its communities to the next level.
This executive assistant / project management role is critical - ensuring all office operations are running smoothly and seamlessly on behalf of the CEO and Creative Director. We are a fast-paced and creative start-up and welcome creative minds in roles like this for everything from organizing, scheduling, problem solving, communication with clients, partners, and acting as a right hand to the Founder.
The ideal candidate is interested in top tier organization, fostering team growth and managing a different set of projects from month-to-month. This is an opportunity for someone who is good at looking at the big picture, setting goals and organizing the smaller steps to lead the team there.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Complete ad-hoc projects and assignments to support CEO
Maintenance of digital planning tools and close monitoring of timesheet info.
Maintenance and organization of our CEOs schedule.
Be on top of day-to-day office & company tasks, to-do's, projects
Manage and monitor office supplies, inventory, and studio rentals
Creation and monitoring of project timelines.
Assist on turning creative ideas into actionable plans
Sourcing and hiring of freelance staff as needed
Organize and facilitate meeting agendas, manage meeting minutes, follow up on action items coming out of meetings
Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met
Communicate with the team and report back to the CEO daily with reports and any actionable things they needed for the day.
Who We’re Looking For:
+2 years in an administrative, operation, hospitality, EAA and/or project coordinator role.
Self starter. Natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Comfortable with different channels of communication among teams
Proficient in GSuite, Slack, Airtable, Asana (CRM, Photoshop experience is a plus!)
Experience working in the creative, media, social, cannabis/spirits and/or ecommerce.
Ability to contribute to a creative team's culture
Proficiency in social media, graphic design and event coordination a major plus
Must be comfortable working with companies in the legal Cannabis space.
Personable and positive while diligent, efficient and obsessive about reaching goals.
