Sales Development Representative

We're looking for an Sales Development Representative who can generate potential leads and solicit potential customers who are looking for a 3rd party to build medium to large sized system ( Software, Website, Mobile Application, Marketing) for them that starting at 1Mil USD. Software sales experience is good to have but not required, and compensation for a lead that closes a deal is 8% of the total revenue of the initial contract.

What do you need to have?
Proven success in sales/ account management
Strong relationship - building and presentation skills
The ability to communicate simply and to influence
The ability to attract & convert new prospects, build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Proactive and self motivated.
