The Opportunity
LegalVision is an industry-leading tech-driven law firm experiencing rapid growth. As a Senior Development Representative Manager in our Growth team, you will be on the front line of our ambitious growth plans.
Our Growth team is the first point of contact for all new and returning client enquiries. The team is responsible for turning enquiries into paying clients who return time and time again. As a Senior Development Representative Manager (at LegalVision known as a Senior Legal Project Manager) , you will manage a team of 6-8 SDRs (law graduates known as Legal Project Managers, or LPMs). The goal is to ensure we provide the best possible client experience, every time and maximise our sales funnel.
Your primary responsibility will be to support your direct reports to do their best work. You will have regular 1:1s, create coaching plans, manage team enquiries and client escalations. You will also support the Head of Growth to optimise the client and employee experience.
This role is full-time based out of our Head Office in Pyrmont, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Team operations including lead allocation and LPM rostering.
- KPI management - running challenges and pushing the team to succeed every day.
- Inducting and training new team members.
- Improving and maintaining internal knowledge management resources and tech systems.
- Liaising with the legal team to improve our pricing, product offering and end to end client experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a SDR, or in a sales based management position;
- A natural teacher and loves working with people: you genuinely care about the growth of your team members, and take a proactive approach to helping them succeed;
- A legal background (not-essential), or a business/sales background with an interest in the law;
- Commitment to creating incredible experiences for every client: going above and beyond is second nature to you, you are a role model for client service. You take ownership over difficult situations;
- Incredible organisation: you have a system or process that allows you to effectively manage your day and a large volume of tasks;
- Ability to problem-solve: you’re able to tailor your approach for different clients and team members; and
