You will be joining a tight-knit, product focused team that love understanding and solving customer problems. We are nimble, experimental, customer obsessed, and down to earth.

We’re based in a brand new, fully refurbished office space in Surry Hills, only a 5-minute walk away from Central station and all of the varied food and drink that Surry Hill has to offer.

Your new role:

Are you looking to work for an early stage company where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business on a daily basis? Are you ready to join the sales function at high-performing business?

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to make an impact on our sales effort and help as many SMEs as possible to streamline their business expenses. You will primarily be selling to SMEs (businesses with 10-100 employees) and speaking to business owners, CFO’s and Finance Managers.

As part of the DiviPay sales team you will be responsible for:

• Researching relevant sales prospects based on customer buyer profiles and key verticals
• Building a pipeline of qualified SME customers through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, social selling, events) and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
• Consistently hitting activity based KPIs.
• Managing a high-volume pipeline from prospects to successful customers by running a proactive and disciplined sales cycle
• Running product demos with senior finance and business leaders across varying industries
• Deeply understanding and empathizing with customer’s pain points and educating them on how DiviPay can fundamentally solve their challenges
• Collecting feedback directly from customers and working with the engineering team to continuously improve the product

Important skills and experience:

• A proven track record of achieving KPIs in a sales role
• A proven ability to create your own pipeline of leads
• Strong consultative skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with highly professional and analytical senior stakeholders
• An innate ability to work autonomously to foster, qualify and convert sales prospects and prioritize daily workload
• Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills
• Genuine resilience and comfort with change. As we grow, new challenges appear which require creativity, boldness and a willingness to take on responsibilities

• Experience in Technology SaaS Sales within the SME market
• Experience building or working at a fast-growing technology start-up
