Team Assistant

The Role:

The role of the Team Assistant is to assist the office management team, human resources team and senior management team in ensuring the smooth administration of all non-technical aspects of organisational operations and administrative tasks. Ultimately, you contribute to the efficiency of our company by being committed, organised and open minded.

What you will be doing:

• Provide administrative support to the senior management team
• Assist office management with duties such as ordering office supplies and inventory management, filing and updating records
• Assist in the process of monthly expenses and bookkeeping as well as the client billing system ensuring set timelines are adhered to
• Serve as point of contact for employees in payroll and HR related matters
• Support HR in recruitment and payroll matters, including but not limited to collecting payroll information and on-boarding new staff members
• Maintain electronic filing system of employees data
• Assist in arranging business travels and events for the company

What you bring:

• Previous working experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent German and very good English language skills
• Open, enthusiastic and dynamic attitude with the eagerness to learn on the go
• Organised, coordinated and have an eye for detail
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs web apps and/or Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Experience with DATEV software is a plus
