We are currently looking for a fun, creative, and driven Head of Talent to join our team and help us to grow our business. This position requires highly developed social skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong affinity for deep tech.

Tasks
As our Head of Talent, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process by closely collaborating with the leadership team. Your mission is to build a sustainable and growth-minded talent pipeline and help to shape the organization’s cultural development by establishing an open, positive, and safe environment to support our team in their professional and personal development.

You understand team compositions and different organizational needs. You keep an eye on the bigger picture while diving deep into details when building an outstanding team.

• You bring abilities in organizing yourself. You are proactive and self-motivated and able to build new relationships easily.
• We are building a fast-growing organization and the position could evolve into a People & Organization role at a later stage.
• You will build a talent pipeline with entrepreneurial applicants and help to hire the most promising candidates
• You are managing a highly skilled team to assist in talent development
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the overall candidate experience and bringing new hirings up-to-speed asap
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
• Coaching and consulting employees regarding learning and development activities

Requirements

• You already have 5-8 years of experience in startups/big tech/consulting
• You have strong experience in growing, managing, and developing teams
• You bring exceptional sourcing skills and a persuasive can-do mentality
• You convince with your strong team orientation and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivation skills
