Growth Operations Manager

This role is for you if you want to be in between tech and customers. Also loving health & fitness is a big plus!

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing app releases on Apple App Store, Android Play Store
2. Managing app content & configuration
3. Support in onboarding new apps via data scripting
4. Manipulate customer content to support them to use optimally use the platform
5. Upgrade customers to use the latest features of the platform
6. Work with Customer Success to understand the app requirements & changes necessary
7. Configure various no-code solutions like Zapier to connect multiple backend systems of the app
8. Wearing many other hats. We are a small startup with 4 people so there will be many hats that you will wear and be part of a REAL startup team.
