The Role

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator:
• Salesforce admin for the company supporting Sales, Client Experience,
and Partnership Teams.
• Provide daily administration and support of Salesforce database
including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles,
customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts
• Perform regular data uploads/exercises, data maintenance & cleaning
activities
• Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation rules and
approval processes
• Design and create customized Sales reports and dashboards (i.e.
pipeline management and forecasting) that drive informed business
decisions
• Create scalable processes that support the expanding team and global
operations.
• Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly salesforce and sales KPI's.
• Maintain salesforce data integrity and strategies.
• Manage requests and troubleshooting for salesforce and other sales
enablement tools.
• Work with other key operational stakeholders for continued achievement
of key company goals and to identify the best ways to use Salesforce
and the best solutions to complex business problems.
• Implement new strategies and integrations with salesforce and other
sales enablement tools. Main liaison with Salesforce account manager
as well as developers, working to implement new products, features,
strategies and integrations within Salesforce and across other sales
enablement tools.
• Ensure users understand how to use Salesforce. Supervise and support
our team of Salesforce users and help drive training and adoption of new
features.
• Identify and integrate connected apps and features with Salesforce.
• Act as the go-to Salesforce admin for our organization – helping the
team to understand the data in front of them, how to use the tools
provided most efficiently and data management of Salesforce records
• Provide timely feedback to upper management regarding activity, goals,
performance, and any department training requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the
team.


Basic Qualifications Needed:
• Salesforce certified administrator in Classic and Lightning environments.
• BS/BE, dual degree or higher preferred
• Strong understanding of Enterprise, SMB and mid-market SaaS sales
cycle and sales models
• 1+ years as a Salesforce Administrator - additional direct sales
experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced
environment
• Proficient in sales enablement tools, Excel, marketing automation, and
project management tools
• A need to exceed expectations and personal goals
• Demonstrated experience building and refining a neatly designed
Salesforce organization
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Salesforce Developer experience is a plus
• GDPR Compliance experience in Salesforce is a plus
