Business Manager, Lending Fintech Analytics

About the Role

As a mid-level business manager, you will help drive all aspects of Enemblex’s business serving a portfolio of fintech and neobank Clients. In this role, you will manage product design and critical vendor relationships to support Client product launches. You will shape the product launch, monitor KPIs, and help clients maximize monetization. You will also lead analytical projects to help clients make data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Drive analytical projects to build product design & credit policy
• Build NPV valuation models
• Program manage workstreams involving multiple external stakeholders
• Discover strategic insights to develop and shape product strategy
• Oversight of strategy implementation
• Deliver business performance against KPIs
• Help Ensemblex grow our business and client base

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Quantitative Field (Economics, Engineering, Math)
• MBA from top tier school is a plus
• High competence, low ego
• 3-7 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving roles (Excel/SQL/Python)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong program management skills and attention to detail
• Experience implementing strategies and delivering results
• Strategic, curious, and focused on results
