Roles and Responsibilities
A) Policy and Strategy Development
Develop strategies, action plans, policies and procedures to guide the development of human resource management, risk management, organizational culture and records management.
Assist the management to develop and review corporate strategies in related areas.
B) People and Culture / Human Resource Management
Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team regarding organizational culture, values and workforce planning.
Manage the recruitment, selection, induction, corporate training, and exit processes in liaison with Directors and Managers.
Provide human resource advice and assistance to directors, managers and team leaders on the management of their staff.
C) Organizational Performance
Manage the framework for measuring organizational performance and actively liaise with other Managers and applicable staff to achieve positive outcomes.
Manage and lead People and Culture
Delegate responsibility, authority and accountability to employees as appropriate.
Other duties within the scope of the employee's skills, competence and training as directed.
Provide a solutions-based approach in advising on corporate matters such as staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
Participate in the Full Management Team.
Develop a team approach to problem-solving and encourage innovative practices

Desired Candidate Profile
Extensive knowledge of People and Culture theory and practice.
Extensive knowledge of human resource management principles, legislation and practices.
Knowledge of risk management principles, legislation and practices.
Knowledge of records management principles, legislation and practices.
