About The Role
Knorish is used by individual instructors, coaches, celebrities, influencers, and organizations who already understand that knowledge and content packaged well within the right funnel can help them build massive businesses, impact people willing to learn new skills, generate leads and establish thought leadership.

You’ll be responsible for finding the people passionate to work towards the cause.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll contribute towards end-to-end recruitment management as per budgets and TAT for all open profiles.
- Including reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and giving the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Would require to have massive outreach & be open to make constant outgoing calls
- Provide high-quality HR support to teams & all verticals of the business.
- Coordinate with external hiring agencies, vendors
- Plan and conduct onboarding of new hires, generate appointment letters, smooth assimilation
- Create & manage employee files, Prepare necessary documentation for timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment letters, salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlement
- Be the single point of contact for company policies and ensure compliance
The position requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related areas. Min. 2 years of experience working in Human Resources & most importantly strong interpersonal and communication skills.
