Responsibilities
● End to End Talent Acquisition - 50%
○ Prepare detailed job description
○ source quality candidates, screen CVs and phone screen candidates as per roles
○ conduct pre employment assessments, track practical assignments,
○ schedule interviews
○ offer negotiations and
○ background and reference checks and so on.
● Complete Performance Management Cycle - 15%
○ Ensure clearly defined Key Result Areas and KPIs for each position in consultation
with Hiring Managers
○ Coordinate Periodic Goal Setting and progress tracking
○ preparing Individual Development Plans- in alignment with the goals
● Complete Learning and Development Process - 15%
○ Track progress against Individual Development Plans
○ Curating Group and Online Training Programs from various sources based upon
various jobs in consultation with various Department heads
○ Conduct behaviour and technical trainings and maintain certifications in the HRMs
● Employee Engagement and - 10%
○ Employee Helpdesk
○ Organize Fun Activities
● Payroll and Compliance - 10%
○ Attendance and Leaves tracking
○ Payroll Processing
○ HR related Compliance
Qualification & Experience
● MBA - HR
● Candidates pursuing education and freshers do not apply.
● Experience: 3 to 4 years in the field of HR
● Prior experience in an early stage Startup and Computer Software Industry preferred
