About the job:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build quality leads and potential customers for the sales team. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with Sales, helping to inspire, grow, and better their team.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for finding key decision makers within a company to target
• Be responsible for finding and acquiring prospective companies to target
• Be able to nudge customers to the final sale
• Use company databases to gain potential leads
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
• Input and maintain customer information into the company database

Skills you need:

• Previous B2B Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation experience
• Proven track record of Lead Gen goal attainment
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
