• Oversee strategic projects from development to execution under guidance of co-founders and departmental heads
• Improve internal processes and coordinate organizational procedures
• Track high-priority initiatives that require input from multiple stakeholders across different departments
• Have the unique opportunity to influence business operations
• Create monthly dashboard to track changes in key metrics
• Define and research new strategic initiatives and provide decision support to co-founders
• Act as an executional partner to co-founder on critical company-wide decisions and actions

Your Profile

• 5+ years in business, operations, project management, management consulting with Bachelor's degree or above in business management, engineering or related disciplines
• Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• An expert-level technical user of SaaS platforms, such as HubSpot, Quickbooks Commerce, and ERPs is a plus
• Proven track Zapier record of creating and building robust internal processes from scratch
• Proficient with customer databases
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication and PowerPoint / Google Slides presentation skills
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Brands or IT Solutions development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Good team player that is proactive and can work with people of different characters
