C&R "Management Trainee Programme" is delivered by a team committed to developing leaders of tomorrow, our programme equips you with the skills sought by industry leaders so that you can take our clients' businesses forward. The ability to navigate a dynamic environment, being people-oriented, and having a passion for technology and learning are key factors for success. Furthermore, this program is designed for individuals who can enrol into the project management team which develop and implement Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning solutions for Hong Kong and beyond.

To develop the trainees’ functional competence and to strengthen their professional skills, we will provide trainees with opportunities to gain all-round exposure, including cross-departmental attachment training, external training courses and on-the-job coaching, etc.

• Business Workflow and Project Management

• Practical knowledge in Digital Advertising

• Professional Marketing Skills

We are looking for people without hardwired ideas about our industry, adaptable, and looking into the project management sector. Our Programme is rigorous, extremely competitive, and incredibly rewarding. This program is designed for entry-level candidates with a relevant degree or are currently undertaking any project management qualification. Our MT Programme is a 3-year on-the-job scheme. All trainees will start as Project Management Trainee, and after a year, be promoted to Project Associate as they pass to the next level in our organisation. Upon graduation, trainees will take on the role of Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

We are looking for high-caliber fresh graduates from reputable Hong Kong and overseas universities to join our Management Trainee Programme.

• Bachelor degree holder or above in any disciplines with result of 2nd upper or above

• Fundamental knowledge and/or understanding of Python, JavaScript or other major programming language is a big plus

• Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to deliver sustained performance with strong commercial acumen

• Possess pleasant and outgoing personalities with strong leadership ambition

• Self-motivation with strong will to learn

• Passionate about Digital and Mobile Technology

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
