The Role

This junior sales position is intended to impact the company's growth in terms of the number of users and monthly subscription revenue and will be an integral part of this rocket ship venture. The individuals who like the challenges of sales to create a large impact for their teams and own rapid growth are invited to apply.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making sales, research, and qualification calls on the VOIP phone line of the company to collect data or secure meetings/demos (inside sales)
  • Working on business development projects with the marketing and sales team
  • Marketing and sales research, and hypothesis testing
  • Attending company meetings and making internal presentations
  • Presenting video presentations and demos to external entities and clients/leads
  • Developing strategies to boost company sales and overall growth
  • Matching company working hours based on ET and PT time zones
  • Attending in-person sales meetings, conferences, and expositions when possible and required (will be discussed and negotiated depending on the applicant’s geo)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • An engineering/business/commerce/MBA degree preferred
  • Experience with a CRM preferred; experience with Zoho a plus
  • Strong interest in healthcare with experience in healthcare sales preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work effectively as a team member
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to pick up responsibilities quickly and work with limited direction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Punctual and aspiring
  • Problem-solver who is data-driven
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, G-suite, and Excel
