The Role

We are looking for dedicated, professional, customer-focused individuals to join our company as Client Retention Specialists. We are currently looking to add two (2) Specialists to our growing sales team!
As an onboarding specialist, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day activities related to onboarding new and existing clients.

You will be contacting clients to gauge interest in a new vehicle purchase, lowering their debts, lowering their interest rates, or possibly getting them interested in refinancing an existing vehicle -- the goal is to onboard clients to next step commitment in the sales process.

You will be part of a dynamic fast-growing team with an ambitious vision.

We focus on continuous learning by analyzing our successes and failures as a team.

***RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Contact at least 30 clients a day
  • Qualify, Initiate relationships & follow up appointments with new prospects, and educate them on cost-saving opportunities available to them
  • Review each aspect of our service with the client from initial conversation to the point of introducing them to our Sales Department
  • Manage and update client(s) on-boarding cases in a timely manner using best practices and processes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate equally well with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Work on the entire on-boarding process for clients
  • Strong organisational skills, and ability to perform efficiently when met with tight deadlines.
  • Empathic ability to build rapport with clients
  • Present reports and recommendations; receive and settle transactions; adjustments to working arrangements and co-coordinate others involved in similar work.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work in fast pace, fluid environment

  • No experience necessary but knowledge in Customer Service or Sales is an asset
