Hi there! We’re looking for an empathetic individual with an engineering background and an interest in 3D Printing to join our sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of Mosaic’s effort to drive the adoption of our industrial 3D printing technology, and help customers all around the globe adopt scaled 3D printing for the first time. This is a hybrid role for individuals within the Greater Toronto Area.
Base $75-100K and on target earnings being in the $150K-$200K/year range.

Mosaic is a venture-backed 3D printing technology company. Our goal is to bring 3D printing to the factory floor by reducing the Total Cost per Print hour, and introducing the first scalable solution for polymer based 3D printing.
We entered the industry six years ago with a goal to become the go-to solution for multi-material 3D printing. Today, we’re the most widely adopted multi-material 3D printing technology. Our team recently introduced Array and Element, allowing us to bring 3D printing to the factory floor.

--- The Role ---
You’ll be part of the team introducing Mosaic’s new Industrial product line to the market, and working to help evolve 3D printing from a prototyping technology to a production technology. You will be working with customers at the forefront of the adoption of 3D printing, helping them understand our technology and how it can help them achieve their business goals.
You will have a wide range of responsibilities, focusing on different aspects of the sales process to convert sales leads into customers.
In this role, you will:
- Gain a deep understanding of 3D printing technology, the trends of additive manufacturing, and how additive manufacturing is utilized in different market verticals
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs, objectives and goals, applying your insight to help them find the best solution to their issue
- When required, work to qualify leads from our marketing funnel, as well as engage in outbound sales activities
- Complete product demonstrations, walkthroughs and work with customers on their specific applications

- Run webinars on specific topics to assist with the prospect and lead generation process
- Coordinate product launches with the Mosaic team, giving input on your learnings and insights from customer conversations, trends that you’re beginning to see in the industry
- Identify areas where we can improve our sales process, products, and interactions with our customers
- Post Covid, you may be asked to travel for 15-20 days per year

- Have 5+ years of sales experience
- Live in the GTA and are comfortable coming into the office 1-3 times a quarter
- Are organized, personable, and driven individuals with strong oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy working with people, and spending your time working towards measurable metrics
- Come from a technical background, are comfortable with reasonable complex technical concepts, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Have a history of working in a sales role, with experience and a track record of hitting sales targets
- Enjoy and are comfortable giving presentations, product demos, and discussing products with customers.
- Are self-motivated, are comfortable with responsibility, and have a desire to own a significant vertical within an organization
