The Role

DiagRight

End-to-End Account Management of Pathology Labs

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. The person will be responsible for creating supply by acquiring new pathology labs. It also involves field visits to the prospective pathology labs for the acquisition and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

 Responsible for generating and acquiring pathology to create lab supply
 Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and enhance account revenue at both ends
 Manage sales pipeline for one Quarter in advance
 Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
 Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
 Ideate, execute and track new initiatives to acquire pathology labs for DiagRight
 Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison
 Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates.
 Provide market insights from pathology lab’s perspective, including understanding diagnostic industry

Qualifications

 Minimum Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales industry
 Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing, demonstrated sales success
 Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 Open to extensive travel (>90%) and working weekends/late hours
 Comfortable with target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc
 Ability to multi-task, and work independently as well as a team
 Basic proficiency in MS-Office (especially MS-Excel)
 Strategic thinking ability to acquire pathology labs
 Possesses high-level of accountability
 Resourceful, able to adapt to various situations
