Looking for a Sales Associate/Relationship Manager with at least 1 year(s) of prior work experience in Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
· Meet and advise clients on real-estate solutions (segmentation)
· Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation
· Develop Uptown Clusters as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies
· Client acquisition and business development through various marketing mediums (both digital and traditional)
· Maintain a strong relationship with industry channel partners and market company's under-written products.
· Ability to cold call and maintain a continuous reputation with the existing property owners
· Maintain a strong relationship with employees of principal developers
Attributes:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Digital Native, Ability to prioritize, Creative, Result Oriented, and Leadership Qualities
Preferred:
Candidates with prior work experience with A-class builders like (DLF, Emaar, Ireo, M3M, Vipul etc.) will be preferred.
Candidates with come with prior experience of residential, commercial or commercial leasing
