Inside Sales Representative

We are a new company EAGER to make our name heard across the Real Estate industry and expand beyond. In order to do that, we need to grow our team!!The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads primarily through outbound cold calling. Hungry to make 150+ cold calls every day in order to create a sustainable pipeline for themselves.

Responsibilities Identify and qualify new customers from an easily-accessible pool of over 5,000,000 prospective customers Prospect new customers primarily through cold-calling Complete product presentations and close new business Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system Qualifications Coachability is critical. We are looking for people who want to learn/already appreciate the art of selling.

No sales experience required, however experience in the Real Estate industry will help you succeed more quickly! Financial motivation is a must! MUST have personal goals and targets for your life!

What We Offer! We offer $40,000 base salary + tiered commission.OTE for the average performer is $60,000/year.OTE for top performer is $80,000+OTE for oustanding performer is $100,000.If you are new to sales and you're looking for a place to cut your teeth, you've come to the right place.
