About the role:

This is a dynamic position within our Growth Organization that allows you to showcase both your skills and talent whilst using your innate ambition to charter your own personal growth within our company. As the Solutions Manager you will be promoting our cutting-edge technology solution to key Food, Hospitality, Campus and Retail merchants across North America whilst also searching for and adding new industry-leading partners to join our flagship Nōwn Partner program. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle all the way from prospecting to close as well as handling our inbound leads. You will need to understand our different solution approaches when engaging with a range of clients across SMB’s, SME’s & our Partners all whilst continuing to find new customer opportunities within each deal. You will be a dedicated team player and an organised project manager who will need to liaise between different business units (such as On-boarding, Marketing & Communications and Customer Success) and broader stakeholders (Partners, management etc) to ensure only the best customer experience. Using your extensive product knowledge and understanding of different sales engagement approaches, you will navigate through the sales cycle from prospecting, product tours and proposals to ultimately closing the deal. This role requires high energy and creativity with strong communication and problem solving skills underpinned by a natural sales ability.

What We Expect From You:

-Drive Nōwn’s vision and technological solutions forward whilst meeting both individual & team monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
-Identify new industry leading partners to add to our Nōwn Partner Program.
-Build Relationships with new & existing partners and increase the volume & quality of leads generated from our Partners.
-Support the sales enablement of new Partners, build champions & maximize on partnership opportunities.
-Manage end to end sales cycle of: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Social Networking, Product Tours and Proposals for both our clients & Partners.
-Support strategic plans, gather competitive intelligence & market research and suggest ways to improve the performance of our Growth Organization.
-Experience working with a diverse range of customers across both SMB and Enterprise merchants & industry partners.
-Previous experience in hospitality, food or tech is an asset but not required.
-French speaking is an asset but not required,

PRESENTING product demonstrations and the Nōwn vision and our solutions.
NEGOTIATING with merchants & partners to create win-win solutions for everyone.
PROBLEM SOLVING at every stage of the engagement process to keep up the velocity.
CLOSING the deal and taking it across the line.

Experience:

-5+ years in full-funnel inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, solution selling, partnerships, starting your own business or a similar function
-Experience in a startup, SaaS company, SMB/SME, channel sales clients or hospitality/food industry are assets.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-A Growth & Challenger Mindset.

Salary: Base + Commission
