The Lumistella Company is looking for a knowledgeable Enterprise Platform Manager to join our team! This position will provide platform product ownership for the Workfront (work management) and Widen (digital asset management) applications at The Lumistella Company. This position will be responsible for supporting our current implementation of these platforms (e.g., IT, Product Development, Licensing, Art, and Global Marketing) as well as documenting best practices to extend and optimize the use of these platforms in the organization. The Enterprise Platform Manager will bring order and consistency to the current implementations, as well as look for opportunities to grow and better integrate the use of these tools within the enterprise.

The ideal Enterprise Platform Manager will bring:

Proficiency in Software Product Ownership;
Demonstrate understanding of work management and digital asset management platforms;
Knowledge of best practices for implementation of software systems;
Ability to engage and manage competing priorities from across the organization;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent organization and prioritization skills;
Strong time management skills and accountability for meeting deadlines;
Team-oriented, dedicated, inquisitive, self-motivated, and collaborative;
Administration and SME level experience with Workfront and/or Widen preferred.
What the Enterprise Platform Manager will be doing:

Creates and manages the applications, platforms, product vision, and roadmap for Lumistella for the Workfront and Widen software systems (or related platforms);
Serves as the Business Analyst to guide consistent use of these platforms and systems across the company, acts as the internal SME on these platforms;
Provides core system training and first level support to our associates;
Builds relationships across the organization to understand stakeholders needs to shape a product vision and roadmap;
Provides and/or receives input and recommendations on Master Data and/or business process integration changes to support the efficiency within the organization;
Serves as the primary point and interface to the software vendors for The Lumistella Company;
Communicates new feature releases form the software vendors and assesses how they might be integrated into our business;
Stays abreast of marketing trends, key issues, competing software capabilities, and partner offerings in this general space;
Protects company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a platform/product owner role
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.
Requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, and manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards.
Position requires presence in the office consistent with the company's Work from Home policy and whenever necessary to fulfill the functions of the role
