Head of Digital Marketing

*Job Focus: *

We are looking for a high-performing, creative Digital Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an incredibly unique opportunity for an ambitious and experienced professional to drive growth at one of Europe's premier digital asset exchanges.

The role will be varied and you will work across all marketing functions from strategy, branding, product, social & community, content & eduction, influencer & affiliate, events, and others. The role combines strategic planning and big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

This is a full-time role – either remote or in one of our offices (Swiss Crypto Valley, Munich, Berlin, Stockholm).

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Define go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging informed by user insights and market research
• Design, oversee and execute marketing campaigns targeting brand awareness, user acquisition and activation
  
• Lead marketing announcements such as product launches (NFT, DeFi), new service offerings and feature releases
• Execute multiple aspects of marketing, including branding and positioning, product, ads, content & education, social & community, influencer & affiliate marketing, events, and communications
• Develop and grow the digital presence and website of SMART VALOR and coordinate with Social, Community & Communications to evolve the brand
• Lead, hire and manage a team of content, design, social media, SEO specialists
• Coordinate with agencies and with other teams (product, business development, data and analytics, etc.) and top management
  

*Requirements: *

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-performance marketing function
• Professional experience in the blockchain or FinTech space
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi
• Proven track record of driving user growth and revenues - be ready to give examples
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create original and compelling content
• Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail
• Demonstrate the ability to manage parallel projects in a dynamic environment
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you focus on the ultimate results and are motivated to give your best in a challenging but rewarding environment
  

*Nice-to-have: *

• Beneficial to be fluent in either German or Swedish
• Experience working in a marketing agency or consulting firm
• Experience in writing creative marketing copy for adverts and landing pages
• Proven track record in hiring and building high performance marketing teams in a rapidly scaling financial or technology company
