Marketing Manager

YOUR TASKS

• Build a deep understanding of our customers and end users (their behaviors, needs and pain points).
• Write SEO optimized content that is both informative and appealing to our target audience.
• Manage our team of freelancers with assignment briefings and feedback for revisions.
• Organically build, manage content/campaigns and engage with our social media communities – with a focus on Instagram.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas for content and marketing materials across all marketing channels.
• Manage website updates and content publishing in Wordpress.
• Plan, execute and report on marketing campaigns.
• Organize and prepare marketing materials for events and trade shows.
• Plan and organize product photoshoots and video shoots.
• Manage communication and help develop influencer strategy to drive social followers as well as partner acquisition.
• Prepare and organize reporting for our weekly international team meeting.
• Help support with market research, competitive analysis, and other ad hoc projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a university degree with a focus on Marketing or Advertising.
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in online marketing.
• You are highly motivated and able to drive projects from start to finish.
• You are proactive and can act without being told what to do. You feel confident making suggestions and bringing new ideas.
• You have a positive attitude and always find creative and pragmatic solutions with your "can-do" attitude.
• You are able to write error free and impactful copy in English.
• You work very precisely and have a high degree of planning ability.
• You can quickly adapt to changing situations and keep a cool head when things get stressful.
• A bonus if you have experience working with Wordpress and Hubspot.
