Performance Marketing Praktikant*in/ Werkstudent*in (m/f/x)

Tatdocs is a healthcare startup looking to add driven team members to help us build our venture from the ground up! Our aim is to be the premium, direct-to-consumer brand for tattoo removal in the DACH region. Our experienced founders will give you the opportunity to see the venture building process in practice and bring in your ideas and impulses!

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of attribution, tracking & automation
• Identification of possible dummy tasks & growth obstacles for automation, reporting or visualization based solutions
• Setup & execution of the initial Marketing IT stack (from advertising to CRM connections)
• Building learning concept for data-driven insights for developing an inspirational & target persona
• Working closely with the Founders team, coordination of Marketing projects together with Marketing & external partners

Qualifications:

• You want to build something from the ground up and believe in fast, smart execution
• You have academic and work experience in Performance Marketing, Investment Banking, Business Development or Strategy Consulting
• You speak German on a native level and are highly proficient in written and spoken English
