Henderson Bond is proud to be supporting our consultancy client who provide data and digital transformation capabilities, combining process improvement with Automation, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a full-time process mining program lead with experience gained in the financial sector to support them in delivering projects at market-leading financial services companies.
This will be the role in a new Data Transformation program that they are supporting for their client. You will be responsible for business process analysis and redesign, based on process mining and data analytics. You will be the first person on the ground at the client and work together with the business and Celonis team to get the program started. It is expected that the role will evolve into being the program lead overseeing a small team of process mining experts and data analysts.
You will work in London and Greater London. Work from home for a couple of days per week is an option
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a person who is well-versed with process mining tools, preferably Celonis. You can work well with cross-functional teams (SMEs) to perform automation analysis and testing, identify and address data issues/opportunities. Consequently, you will be instrumental to support, facilitate and strengthen the Issue Management, Data Sourcing and Compliance processes (this includes documentation of key data and control attributes). The role will also include project management and updates to senior stakeholders.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst who can demonstrate experience in:
• Relevant academic degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced data skills (e.g. SQL, Knime/Alteryx, Power BI)
• Working with huge data sets (10M+ records) for root cause investigation / analysis
• Relevant experience in investment banking
• Capital or liquidity reporting experience (COREP, LCR, NSFR, etc) would be beneficial
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and agile project management is desired
