Shouta™ is revolutionising digital gifting by introducing the nano-gift™ - small, digital gifts that are sent to someone as a token of your thoughts. In the Shouta App, Shouters can send instant gifts like coffee, drinks, or anything else. Shouts are perfect for sending when you need to say “thanks”, “congrats”, “sorry” or more. Recipients, or Shoutees, receive an SMS with a link to the App, and once downloaded they gain instant access to a prepaid, digital Shouta Mastercard that enables them to spend their Shout wherever Mastercard is accepted.

The role

As a Jack or Jill-of-all-trades designer, you will lead the charge to help bring Shouta™ to life around Australia and eventually the world. The role is critical to shaping the first impression a user has with Shouta. This first touchpoint may be a social media post, paid digital ad, outdoor campaign, our website, or the App itself. Either way, your clever design will filter through all these touchpoints to bring the Shouta™ brand to life anywhere a user views it or experiences it.

What you'll do

• Be the owner of our visual brand. You’ll need to be super creative, have a strong voice, and maintain high standards to ensure whatever creative is shipped out the door is on brand and representing Shouta™ in the best way possible.
• Assist our marketing team in creating amazing fun, quirky social media posts, paid digital ads, and other campaigns as determined by the team. In an ideal world, you will be given the copy for a post and have the creativity to bring that to life.
• Work with the product team to do UX and UI sprints across the Shouta™ App, Shouta Biz™ Website, and the Shouta™ website.
• 80% of your time will be spent with the marketing team and the rest with the product team refining the App and Shouta Biz™.

Who you are

• You have a great portfolio of work that really shows off what you can do.
• You have a deep understanding of Sketch and/or Figma.
• Minimum of 4 years experience (If you have a great portfolio and tick the boxes above, but have less experience, apply anyway)
• You have a willingness to learn new things and skills.
• You understand what it's like to work in a small team and/or a startup. You may end up wearing many different hats.
• Experience with After Effects is a bonus, if not you’ll be excited to learn.
• You’re looking for the next challenge in your career and while you may not have 10 years of experience yet, you have a can-do attitude and are ready to be given the chance to take the next leap.

The salary range is $70k-$80k plus super.
