Product Designer

ClassCover is a fast-growing product-led SaaS scale-up in the EdTech industry, servicing schools and casual relief teachers across Australia through HR solutions and is now expanding to the Asian market. We are an industry leader in Australia and operate as a two-sided marketplace which benefits from network effects.

We have an expanding product suite that includes a booking app, an online learning platform and a growing jobs & community platform for educators.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our product team at ClassCover. We are a fully remote product team that operates out of Australia, India, and Philippines.

As a designer, you role will be to assist the product team in the designing of key components of the product as well as in conducting research for upcoming product initiatives.

What you’ll be working on:

• Work with the Product Manager and Product Designer oversee the user experience of the product
• Prototyping and wireframing
• UI design, UX testing and research documentation
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into products useful and valuable for our tens of thousands of users
• Create and design experiments for users including scripts and surveys
• Constantly analysing and improving user journeys, flows and systems
• The ability to identify cracks in complex systems and suggest and design improvements
