The role:

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team full-time, and create great customer experiences to achieve the Frankie vision. Working closely with the rest of our team from our office in Melbourne, CBD or remotely from elsewhere in Australia you will be expected to deliver on the following;

Responsibilities;

Be involved in the product process from discovering customer needs, through to validating that those needs have been met
Work with the Product Manager, and your team to understand our customers and align the business on their needs
Facilitate collaborative processes to understand and define customer problems
Collaboratively ideate and decide on innovative solutions
Utilise a variety of tools to prototype and validate solutions
Sell the value of our solutions, in the context of our customers needs, to the wider organisation
Collaborate with the rest of the design team to help each other grow our skillset

Requirements

About you:

We are looking for a new team member that can add insight and creative passion to the Product Design role.

Passionate about user-centred design and creating great product experiences.
Know your way around prototyping tools like Sketch, Principle, etc
Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
Successful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production.
3+ years working as a product, UX, or interaction designer (or similar role)
