Senior Product Manager - Digital Health

At HealthCaters, we believe that employers should empower their employees to identify and address their health issues in a simple way in the comfort of their office. Our connected care solution – a health station in the workplace, and a health empowerment platform with a remote personal assistant – makes it possible for employees to track their health continuously, get personalized medical navigation, and make data-driven lifestyle changes as a result.
We are the two Co-Founders of HealthCaters - Lily & Tatyana.

Tatyana has 8 years of experience in finance, investments, and Business Development, including 2 years at a health insurance startup in Berlin as a B2B project lead and Head of BizDev. She was responsible for the launch and sales of a health insurance-as-a-service product in 4 different markets before she moved on to found HealthCaters a year ago. Her main motivation was to make healthcare more personal and customer-centric - the kinds of things we can enjoy in other industries: food delivery, car sharing, and others.

Lily is an MD with a degree from Yale, who has worked as a cardio surgeon in the US, in the Netherlands, and finally here in Berlin (Deutsches Herzzentrum), and she has been dealing with patients whose condition could have been prevented if diagnosed in time. Her patients had to wait for weeks before she could see them, and even then, she had very little time to talk to them. This made her resign from the clinics and drive change for the industry as a whole. She founded a telemedical company 3 years ago when the legislation was still in a gray area. She then re-focused on bringing early diagnostics and prevention to people’s lives.

In April 2020 we founded HealthCaters. In April 2021, we graduates from the Bosch Startup Harbour acceleration program with significant milestones reached. We have just raised our Pre-seed round and are looking to expand our team.

We want YOU as a Senior Product Manager to join our team and to lead the development of our Product - a health empowerment platform for employees. By joining us now, you will be one of our key employees and will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of preventive health, hands-on.

We are looking for someone who:

Your immediate responsibilities will include:

• Defining product strategy and setting up the Product Roadmap together with the Founders to build a scalable solution for corporate preventive health
• Taking on full ownership of the product goals and driving their execution
• Digging deep into research and identifying the needs of our B2B customers and their final users, breaking them down into tangible parts that can be translated into specific actions
• Coordinating with cross-teams internally and managing external contractors
• Setting up the product discovery and delivery processes to effectively identify and solve customer and business problems
• Working closely with the Tech Lead and the tech team to ensure constant product enhancement and timely release delivery
• Ensuring and maintaining the highest quality standard for all products

Our ask is:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, at least 1 year in health tech
• A deep understanding of the technical side and modern concepts of SW development
• Fluent English and German
• Experience in a healthcare company, preferably in Germany
• Proficiency in product concepts: understanding stakeholders needs, reading and visualizing data, preparing specs & tickets, managing feature releases, delivering the best possible user experience
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
