We're looking for a Customer Success associate to play an essential role in creating the customer experience.

Who You Are

You are a proactive and metrics-drive account manager with a proven track record and success and ready to take Grid to the next wave of growth. The Grid Business Operations team is responsible for ensuring customers are happy, operationalizing new features and products, and surfacing insights about our customers. You are passionate about and eager to transform the consumer financial services industry and be part of something awesome.

What You'll Do Here

  • You will be the voice of Grid, responsible for all customer inquiries, and for keeping our customers happy.
  • Ensure 100% success of all of our Grid customers
  • Become an expert on how Grid works and its day-to-day usage, helping our customers understand our products and services
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor incoming tickets in all of our support channels
  • Communicate with customers over email and chat

You Have

  • High motivation. You are a proactive self-starter who is ready to dig in, hustle, and crush the queues
  • Tech savvy and hungry to improve technical skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and successfully implement solutions fast
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
  • A four-year college degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Bonus: Understanding of how tax refunds work

This role is for individuals who can commute to our San Francisco office.

Compensation range: $15-$30 depending on experience
8 hours / day
Potential for converting to full-time
