Senior Operations Manager

In order to fuel our continued growth across our retail partnerships and our DTC shopper platform Mighty Small, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to make it happen

This person must be able to work with multiple partners across suppliers, warehousing, logistics and our retail partners to ensure industry leading supply service and relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Overall owner of of the end-to-end operational supply chain of Young Foodies trading business unit
• Supply inputs for the monthly, demand forecasting process and ownership of the Supply Chain inputs into the monthly S&OP cycle
• Ownership and running of the stock management processes
• Coordination between all our brands and our warehousing and logistics partner on ensuring stock is available in order to achieve a weekly OTIF of 99%+ across our customers
• Build and own strong relationship with our Brands, Warehouse Partners and Retails through regular meetings and improvement initiatives
• Ad-Hoc continuous improvement operational project work
• Working closely with Young Foodies services to ensure all brands are being empowered to thrive from an operational perspective
• Contributing to an industry leading, highly engaged team
• Provide key insights to the YF retailer team on early challenger brand insights and trends
  

Essentials

• Passion for challenger brands
• Can do, problem solving attitude - a “fixer”
• 5+ years experience in an operational role within Grocery, focussed primarily on warehousing and logistics
• Systems experience (Advanced Excel, Shopify & retailer EDI/EPOS systems)
• Managing large portfolio of SKUs (500+), involving multiple food, drink and non-food sectors, locations & suppliers
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment and with high levels of ambiguity
• Organised, decisive, highly numerate and logical thinker

Nice to Have

• Mix of SME/Start-Up/Blue Chip FMCG experience
• Understanding or experience of working with outsourcing partners either in manufacturing on warehouse / logistics

Location: Vauxhall, London. Minimum 3 days per week in the office
