Launcher - London

Fancy is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the operations team and play a crucial rolein the growth and expansion of the company. The City Launcher will work directly with one of our Launch Managers to provide all on the ground support for a new site launch. You will develop partner and vendor relationships, all while making sure the project stays on time, and on budget. The candidate should be very comfortable working in a team setting to meet strict deadlines. The City Launcher is a crucial role as we look to expand across the UK, making Fancy accessible to everyone!

Duties & Responsibilities:
●Manage the warehouse build sticking to timelines and budget with support from Launch Manager
●Coordinate and create working relationships with contractors on site from start to finish of launch
●Onboard and train the site operations team which includes City Manager, Warehouse Manager, Shift Leads, Warehouse Associates & Drivers
●Flexible working patterns depending on the stage of launch
●Set up hardware, furniture, and appliances in new locations
●Receive and organise initial stock
