Supply & Logistics Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Time Supply & Logistics Operator with strong administrative skills. Butler United has several ventures with products we sell in more than 40 countries. You will be mainly working for Taxi Butler. This is an innovative taxi booking device used in venues (hotels, bars, restaurants). As our Supply & Logistics Operator, you will have a wide area of responsibilities, such as preparing shipments, constantly figuring out ideal logistic solutions that fit our fast-growing company, and handling product returns. You will be responsible for operating the logistics department with the help of part-time workers reporting to you.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill and supervise logistics, transportation, returns, and customer services.
• Manage all aspects of equipment inventory including quality control.
• Research ideal shipping solutions, techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Provide phone/email support to international customers and team members regarding shipments and supply chain.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in logistic management or study background in supply chain management or logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Dutch.
• Self-disciplined, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and good time management.
• Strong consistency in working with Inventory Tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite is a must.
• Drivers License.
• Proactive and results-driven with a positive and service-oriented attitude towards clients.
• Approach customer challenges with curiosity and creativity.
• High energy, positive, and a true relationship builder.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
