Location: Netherlands, EU + remote
Katanox is looking for an analytical Growth Marketer to join the team. We are a direct booking API that allows accommodations and travel sellers to establish a partnership effortlessly in a b2b marketplace. We aim to open accommodation sales to the next generation of travel sellers ranging from airlines to travel publishers, voice assistants to messaging apps.
The role of a Growth Marketer is aimed at growing our accommodation partners and our travel sellers network following the growth hacking framework.
You will work closely with the product and engineering team to the best onboarding experience for our accommodation partners and travel sellers.
Travel is an unusual industry, there has been a lot of growth over the last decades with very little innovation and the established players have been reluctant to innovate. Katanox was founded in the middle of the global pandemic to change just that. We are accompanied by investors and advisors from the travel and fintech industry. We want to drive innovation for accommodation owners, hoteliers, travel sellers and travellers and ultimately help the recovery and growth of the travel industry.
You have
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing (SEM, Social ads)
- Agile mindset and experience working with OKRs
- Experience and a track record in b2b software (saas) user acquisition
- Inbound marketing track record for b2b software products
- You own Hubspot's marketing automation capabilities
- You know how to orchestrate analytical tools to subtract the right data and iterate our partners' customer journey fast.

- Background in the online travel industry
- Online distribution knowledge
You will be accountable for
- Onboarding of accommodations and travel sellers to the marketplace
- Implementation of a growth strategy using traffic generating initiatives such as SEO, blopost, webinars, case studies, whitepapers, email marketing and paid marketing channels.
- Use technology to bring solutions and innovate
- Experiment and test every way in order to increase the number of onboarding.
