The role
This is an opportunity to play an instrumental role as we scale at pace, managing the entire vertical for the customer journey. You will take an industry-changing product onwards and upwards, shaping the product vision, planning the pipeline for delivery and working closely with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and refine user journeys. From strategy to delivery, you will bring the whole team along for the ride – spending time in Manchester each week to articulate short and long-term product goals, foster multidisciplinary collaboration and share new data or insight. Your leadership skills must be outstanding.

The person
The person we are looking for has to be a thought leader with in-depth knowledge of the sector, a consumer lending expert with the intellectual clarity to balance commercial objectives with excellent consumer outcomes. Significant experience of shaping consumer credit products is essential, with a proven track record of building customer-centric, ecommerce journeys supported by a clear roadmap and an inclusive, collaborative vision.
