ReelAxis is a fast-growing B2B lead generation and marketing services company. We help technology companies around the world go-to-market successfully. We need a Campaign Manger who’s an A-player, takes complete ownership of their projects, and always willing to try new strategies.
We’re looking for a team member who will embrace the opportunity to own campaigns: develop the strategy and drive the execution. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on multi-tactic campaigns across designated major accounts. In this role, it is important to make decisions, fail fast and pivot, and coordinate with other team members to create the campaign assets you need.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing campaigns end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Be a marketing generalist: you’ll need to know enough to be dangerous when it comes to landing pages, paid ads, email, social, analytics, and content
- Work cross-functionally with specialists on the team to develop campaign assets and drive campaign success
- Manage marketing budgets and report regularly on the performance of campaigns
- Identify and test new marketing strategies, channels, and tactics
- Lead calls with clients to keep them up-to-date on your strategy and campaign progress
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in a campaign management role
- A results-driven mindset and strong marketing strategy skills to back it up
- Ability to solve problems autonomously and take feedback in stride
- Exceptional at learning on the fly and tackling new projects with little or no guidance
- Excited to work in a team-based and fast growing, entrepreneurial company
- An eye for design and strong campaign copywriting skills
Bonus points if you
- Have B2B copywriting skills
- Have graphic design skills
- Have worked in IT or Tech
- Have experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
- Have worked at a startup
