Job Requirements
Education Required: A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum two years in duration) in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science or a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute
Experience Level: An experience of at least five years in activities relating to advice in financial products or securities or fund or asset or portfolio management

Prioritize efficiently. You'll be juggling a thousand things at once. Be able to recognize which tasks are most important and get those done.
Organization and attention to detail. This is very important. You'll create the systems that streamlines everything. You must be the person who doesn't let the balls drop.
Speed of execution at ramp-up; willingness to slog through the mud for up to a few months and an overarching desire to crush it at whatever you do
The Role
A multi skilled individual who is able to adapt to the needs of different situations and take on diverse roles in order to manage day to day operations effectively and report to the founder.
Keeping track and working on regulations and compliance
Collecting, sorting, analysing data and research on potential investment avenues
Building and refining financial models
Preparing reports, and presentation materials
Working on administrative and accounting tasks
Acquiring and managing clients
Working on other business functions as and when required
