Overview
Our company has had the luxury of growing organically (primarily through word-of-mouth) over the past year. With that said, we are starting a growth campaign on June 1 which will require a more strategic effort revolving around our sales team. Our Sales Specialists will initially begin their roles with us in a sales position. Our company is built with flexibility in mind as we believe the freedom to work when you want and as much as you want will lead to the greatest level of success for our employees. This position is generally a cold-calling position that runs 100% through commission and is entirely remote. Essentially you would call/contact companies and receive a competitive commission for each prospect you convert into an Ecstasis client. You build your own hours; you find potential clients and contact as many as you would like. You receive payment for each potential client you contact that then becomes a client.
Qualifications
B2B sales or Sales/Business Development experience is preferred, including experience in social media marketing.
Must be a creative, innovative, and an outside-the-box thinker that is results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills, Proactiveness, Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Organized, Self-Motivating, Computer & General Microsoft Software Management, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.
