Our clients calendars are full of meetings with interested leads. Each cold lead gets a convenient time for the meeting right away, and is left with a great impression of the companies we represent and wanting to learn more. Client lead lists are managed strategically and not a single lead falls through the cracks, because every single lead is treated with the utmost seriosity.

Guidelines

General

  • Can work remotely, from anywhere on the planet
  • Benefits from flexible work hours that allows them to work when they’re most productive and flexible vacation days to take breaks whenever needed
  • Embraces all of X27’s core values and has outstanding conduct towards both other members and outside stakeholders.
  • Always has a mindset of self-sustainability, single-handedly finding solutions to challenges, and spreads this mindset within the entire company
  • Follows the approved script for calls and is smart about adapting it to the conversation at hand so they can generate interest from prospects
  • Does their own research and reads all the materials the client sends to learn as much as possible about the client’s products and current offering
  • Answers initial questions from leads and makes sure that they have a meeting with the client scheduled

Organizing

  • Uses Pipedrive or another CRM to keep track of all the leads and their status
  • Works with the outreach team on call scripts
  • Suggests updates to scripts and targeting based on results
  • Records each lead call
  • Implements feedback from the Sales Manager to ensure the meeting with our client is booked from the first call
  • Identifies workflow improvement areas and suggests process improvements

List Management

  • Has a different list for each client they cold call for
  • Books the meeting for our client while on the phone with the lead, at a time convenient on both ends
  • Contacts the leads from our lists or lists provided by our clients
  • Keeps detailed notes from each call and updates the CRM accordingly
  • Nurture all leads/accounts that present potential but do not book a meeting right away
