Chargergogo is looking for Customer Success Associate to establish, grow, and maintain customer relationships. You’ll have an opportunity to join the front lines of the emerging discipline of Customer Success & Case Management within our Sales & Operations teams.
What you will do
• Meet each customer interaction with professionalism
Communicate customer success stories, product trends, and opportunities to management
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team and internal resources to ensure every customer receives complete and accurate resolutions
• Provide appropriate product information to assist customer
• Perform periodic customer reviews & interviews that confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with our product team
Who you are
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• You thrive in robust, cross-functional teams and are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach
• You practice the ownership mentality whereby if the works given to you at times are without clear instructions you could still perform to the best of your abilities
• Experience with HubSpot and Shopify a plus
• Self-motivated multitasker with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Ability to memorize product features and can spontaneously discuss benefits
• Willingness to travel outside of the office and be face-to-face with customers
