Content Marketing Strategist / Account Manager at WriteForMe

At WriteForMe (www.writeforme.io), we help businesses write content for their websites and social media channels to engage their prospects and drive new business.
We take ownership in our client’s business, and build a roadmap together as we get started. We use AI-based tools combined with SEO expertise and content writing teams to innovate content marketing programs for our clients.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated Content Marketing Strategist. Real Customer Success comes from the heart.

In this role, you will be leading engagements with clients and building their roadmap, and project managing the execution of their content marketing program. You will be building a team in a fast growth environment.
You have the best customer management, sales and business development skills around. You’re passionate about engaging your customers and expanding their use cases to write content for their blog and social media channels.
You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with.

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- Guide customers in their communication with our operational staff.
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our services.
- Work with clients to establish critical content marketing goals
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- 5 + years experience in Sales or related where you have performed customer adoption, satisfaction and retention
- Experience working with Clients in different fields and closing sales deals
- Familiarity with applying win/win principle in business environment
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience with online publishing tools (WordPress, StoryChief, Hubspot, etc)
- Experience with SEO principles and have used tools like SEMRush and/or Ahrefs
- Familiar with social media marketing tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc)
- Proficiency in MS Office package and Google tools
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Latest and best technology tools to streamline sales and close deals
