Sales Representative, SaaS (CSAT.AI)

CSAT.AI transforms Customer Experience with automated QA, compliance and real-time insights.

We are looking for a sales consultant to join our team, responsible for selling CSAT.AI - A SaaS solution to prospective customers.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Generate and nurture new business opportunities with various companies via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.

• Research, build, and maintain a database of prospects through various resources on key accounts, titles, and personas that influence business decisions within their organization.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.

• Travel to represent CSAT.AI/Navedas and industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year, COVID permitting)

• Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce etc.)

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
