CTO

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of the company tech stack, proposing effective solutions
• Crafting a strategic vision and a roadmap for the evolution of tech stack, identifying existing technologies and promising new solutions to leverage (third parties - SaaS)
• Designing and developing high-quality software by using a range of practices like TDD, Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design etc...
• Productively communicating with all tech partners
• Working as part of the management team, supporting hotel local operations and business in terms of strategy and growth

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT architecture design and Agile culture and methodologies
• Experience in System Integration, designing and implementing API best practices
• Experience as a Software Engineer programming in OOP/FP
• Experience in migrating Software to the cloud
• Business-level English

Experiences:

• 7+ years of experience in startups or product companies (from backend developer to tech and team leader). Desirable: coming form travel related companies
• BS (MS is preferred) in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus
