About you:

You are coming with valuable industry experience in RF Engineering & Cellular (Developed architecture, manufacturing, BTS design, etc.), and have been hands on with radio equipment and base stations, end-end from the design phase to manufacturing to deployment.

You have a passion for base stations, even though you don’t necessarily know all the specific policies, you know what requirements and changes are happening on RF in different countries and regions.

Not only have you participated in creation of radio products but have been around and spearheaded their evolution as new technologies appeared, have integrated new (in-house) developed software.

You have lead teams in cross-functional, multi-cultural environments, and understand the difficulties and nuances of knowledge intense environments, and vendor relations.

You have built and lead Hardware & Engineering teams before.

Above all else you can come in with a vision and ideas on use cases for different potential solutions, that an Industry giant just doesn’t have space for. As a young company Polus managed to achieve development, production and deployment of hundreds of base stations, when our goal is to maintain and increase our double-digit growth phase.
