Inbound Sales Rep (Product Demos)

Instaforce is an Instagram Marketing Service, helping small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their following and impact on Instagram.

We are looking to hire a remote Sales rep to take calls and do product demos with people who have already expressed interest in our service.

You will be having 30-50 calls per week that fit in to your calendar. Most calls are US or EU timezone.

Each call takes roughly 10-20 minutes. We pay a flat fee of $8 per call you have. We pay a 25% commission for every call that you close to our $97/mo service (which is quite easy to close for).

Our last rep made $2000 last 30 days with a closing percentage of only 8%. If you're better at closing than him then you can easily make $3k+ per month, spending only 40 hours working per month, which is $75/hour.

Requirements:

• English is your native language (or perfectly fluent)
• Experience with Social media marketing - and Instagram marketing in particular.
• Experience with doing sales calls over the phone - or product demos in the tech or marketing industry.
• Great at communicating with humans, building trust and making them want to work with us.

You will receive a script to follow and some good training material as well as previous sales reps recordings to guide your way as well, but we've noticed that the more knowledge you on digital marketing and business in general, the better you'll be at connecting with and closing the people on the calls.
